Shipping Policy

PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. If there is a delay in processing your order, we will notify you by email.

SHIPPING TIME
- United States: 7–15 business days (standard shipping from Hong Kong/Asia)
- Singapore and Asia-Pacific: 5–10
 business days
- Other international destinations: 10–20
 business days

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, or peak seasons.

ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can use this number to track your package through the carrier's website.
